Uprizine is an intersectional feminist magazine and activist organization based in Temple University Japan Campus. It was founded in 2017. The zine is active in creating both web and print magazines. However, in the spring of 2019, the founders and many members of the zine graduated, including the zine's web designer. This meant that although the print zine was still in production, the zine's website was left outdated and stagnant.

Upon taking the role of web designer for Uprizine, the website breathed new and fresh designs to display new content, the print zine in it's digital form, as well as the launch of a Japanese version of the website. This has led to increased readership and wider audience by 50%.
